Arizona Makes Grand Canyon-sized Slash in Budget

My agency, the Arizona Department of Water Resources: $4.5 Million cut (20%). My university, ASU: $100M++ cut (40% of our public funding). Next year, those cuts estimated to be doubled to quadrupled. However, *mine is one of the only State agencies not resorting to layoffs/furloughs (this year). The job is safe at least til July!* Whew.
