Refund and Returns Policy

These articles encompass Eco Kadé’s policies for Refunds, Returns, Exchange and Promotions.

Refund and Returns Policy

A refund is applicable if the order has not been dispatched or collected. A cancellation administrative fee of 5% is applicable on the total amount of the order. 

If the item is no longer needed – given it is in its original packaging without being tampered, Eco Kadé will consider returns on a good will basis. Customers are required to get in touch within 48hrs of receiving the goods. Customers will have to pay for return postage or drop it off at our locations. A 20% administration fee will be incurred on the total amount for returned goods and rest refunded after examining the products.

Refunds will only be done via the Original Mode of Payment

An item cannot be returned for a refund if it the original packaging has been opened/tampered with. If there is a valid complaint, we will consider the cause or exchange the item in good faith. Postage fee applicable. 

The refund and return process of an order will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Exchange

Products can be exchanged if it is in its original packaging without being tampered with. Eco Kadé will consider exchange on a good will basis. Customers are required to get in touch within 4 days of receiving the goods. Customers will be liable to pay for return and delivery postage of goods and any outstanding balance. A 5% administration fee will be incurred on the total amount of the exchanged goods. 

Faulty/Damaged Product

In case the customer receives a damaged product it will not incur a refund, however the same product will be resent free of charge. The customer is expected to get in touch with Eco Kadé via email – info@ecokade.com subject titled “faulty/damaged”  with images and supporting evidence within 24hrs of receiving the product. Eco Kadé reserves the right to deem the product damaged.

Missing products 

If the product has its items missing from its order, Eco Kadé will dispatch the missing items at the earliest free of charge. The customer is expected to get in touch with Eco Kadé via email – info@ecokade.com subject titled “missing products”  with images and supporting evidence within 24hrs of receiving the product.

Late or non-delivery

If they delivery is late or not delivered in the timescale provided, do get in touch via email at info@ecokade.com and we will aim to re-ship the order at the earliest. No refund due. Please see our shipping policy.

Late pick up 

If the order has not been picked up within the dates allocated (we generally give a month), the order will incur an extra 5% of holding fee on the total amount of the order for the inconvenience caused (as products could have been sold to other customers).

Promotions

All promotions and offers are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of Eco Kadé. However, we will honour any orders made during the promotions given stocks. 

Adminsitrative fee

We aim to keep our products prices low as possible hence we bulk produce/purchase to transfer the benefits to our customers. However, we do charge this fee to cover the costs incurred by us for labour and processing/packaging of the items.
